2)      1 packet of pipe cleaner-green colored

You will get the crepe or tissue paper from the craft stores. Take four sheets of tissue paper. You can either single or multi colored papers. The layer of paper into eight inch squares. Take one sheet of paper and fold it in the shape of accordion. You will cut a small v-shaped nick on either side. Now you will use the end part of the pipe cleaner to twirl the nick on the paper. Now pull on layer of a paper up toward the center. See that the stems is facing straight downward.

First of all get the tissue paper and fold it in the shape of an accordion. Now you will again fold it into the shape of a fan. All you have to do is simply fold it form the center and you’ll have the fan. You will tie the center of the fan shaped strip with a wire. Cut the folded part of the layer-using scissor.

Now open each strips of paper to form a ruffle. Now make a round bloom. When you think, you’re done just spray some rose perfume on the flower.
