Flower Arrangements - Easy Ways Of Making A Graduation Wreath

“Graduation is a time of completion, of finishing, of an ending,
however, it is also a time of celebration of achievement and
a beginning for the new graduate.”
Catherine Pulsifer

Graduation is the time when we complete a part of our studies. After we complete our graduation we enter into a new phase of life where we have lot of challenges to face. It is human’s nature to celebrate any success in their life. Be a part and parcel of your friend enjoyment. Make your friend feel that even you are next to him or her on his or her happiness.

If you wish to congratulate your friend on his graduation and be a part of his grand success then collect the following materials:

  • Styrofoam wreath base
  • Floral wire
  • Radiant sunflowers, purple carnations
  • Foliage
  • White paper
  • Ribbons
  • Hot glue gun

Start working with your Styrofoam wreath base for making the graduation wreath. Wrap the Styrofoam wreath base with floral wire around the wreath. Hold one end of the floral wire and start covering the entire wreath. Tie a knot when the two ends of the wire meet.

Now start placing the flowers in the wreath. Cut the stems of the flowers leaving 3” below the floral head. Now tuck the stems into the floral wire carefully. Place the flowers randomly or you can insert the sunflowers first and then the carnations.

Start placing the foliage in a similar manner. While setting the foliage in such a manner so that the flowers are noticeable. Wrap the floral wire around the foliage to secure them to the wreath. Repeat the process until you cover the entire wreath.

Now take the white paper and fold it. Tie the white paper with the ribbon. Now secure the folded paper to the wreath using glue. Make at least four to five folded white papers and attach them to the wreath anywhere you want. At the middle of the wreath attach the graduation certificate of your friend to make him feel pleased.

Now hang the graduation wreath in your friend’s room.
